Generations 11 and 12 and 13 Melvin Godt (3 March 1924-- 17 February 1999). Mel was born in St. Louis, and died in Collinsville Ill. He married Gloria Jenny (unknown--unknown). Mel was a Brewer for many of the St. Louis breweries and retired from "Anheuser-Busch". They had one son. See page 91. Robert Kevin Godt (23 June 1930-- ). On 10 February 1951 he married Darlene Aivera Christian (20 October 1931-- ). Robert was employed for 40 and 1/2 years and retired in 1990 from making "Tums for the tummy" as Production Manager. He was drafted into the Marine Corp in December 1951 and discharged as Staff Seargent in late 1953. He received his boot camp training in San Diego, California and was then transferred to the Marine Corp School in Quantico, Virginia for the duration of his time. He was assigned to the Helicopter Squadron, in Supplies. His daughter, Jan Diane Godt (27 April 1954 in St.Louis, MO -- ) married William George Kartsonis (10 November 1952-- ) on 9 November 1974 in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in St. Louis, MO.
